How does a Buyers Agent works?

Tell us what you want, for what purpose, in which region you want to invest, and up to what amount you intend to invest. We establish a contract and a deadline (which depends on the complexity of the request) to find properties that meet your needs, at the best possible value. If your objective is also to acquire business properties (buy now with a view to reselling in the future), we will look for the best possibilities for appreciation.

We will present you the properties that meet your request and help you either in the search for bank financing conditions, or with a complete legal advice (in partnership with a law firm).
